Our products consist of edible coffee cups under the brand Cupffee. These are food-grade items and must be stored in a cool, dry place. Due to the nature of the products, variations in appearance and texture may occur.
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately during the checkout process.
We accept the following payment methods via our payment provider Saldia:
All payments are processed securely through Saldia. Your payment information is not stored on our servers.
We deliver exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Due to the perishable nature of our edible products, returns are generally not accepted. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@cupffeeswitzerland.com.
We comply with applicable Swiss and Liechtenstein warranty laws. Liability for indirect damages or consequential losses is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Liechtenstein. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Schaanwald, Liechtenstein.
